2. Description of Service

AdmitBase provides tools to help students evaluate their admission chances at professional schools. We provide match scores and comparisons based on publicly available admission statistics.

3. No Guarantee of Admission

Important: Match scores and predictions provided by AdmitBase are estimates based on historical data and should be used for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee admission to any school. Admission decisions are made solely by the schools themselves and consider many factors beyond GPA and test scores.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations

6. Data Accuracy

We strive to maintain accurate school data from official sources (ABA 509 disclosures, etc.), but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information. Schools may update their statistics, and there may be delays in reflecting these changes.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AdmitBase and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdmitBase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on match scores or predictions.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
